POSTAGE: All guitar parts are sent by Australia Post. If insurance is required, you must inform us.
Bulky packages that weigh more, or exceed sizes permitted by Australia Post, will be sent by courier.
RETURNS
If you receive a part that is not what you ordered, we will replace at no cost to you.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MUST BE CONTACTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DESPATCH DATE IF YOU WISH TO RETURN PRODUCTS. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT PERIOD UNLESS A WARRANTY IS GIVEN WITH THE PRODUCTS E.G. GUITAR, AMP AND/OR EFFECT PEDALS.
Please choose carefully. Please note all specifications to ensure parts will fit your guitar. This is essential for pickguards especially as Fender pickguards can differ in size from model to model.
If you order a part, then realise it will not fit your guitar, we will accept return of the part/s if they are returned in the same condition as when they left our premises. The buyer pays for all postage or courier charges for the return of the goods. A restocking fee of $5 applies to orders under $50 and a restocking fee of $10 applies to orders above that amount.
If a part or musical instrument and/or accessory is faulty, we will replace, repair or refund as long as the item is in same condition as when it left our premises and no attempt by purchaser or any other person has been made to repair and/or modify the item.
No warranty or return is available for electrical parts that have been installed by purchaser and/or other person.
No warranty or return is available for scratched or dented parts or pickguards that have had the protective film removed.
If it is obvious to us that a part has been installed and then removed from a guitar. Returns or refunds are at our sole discretion.
